SHIPPING WITHIN EU

1. DELIVERY TIME

We ship all orders within 24 hours (during business days). The normal shipping time is then 1-2 days (Germany + Austria) and 3-5 days (other countries).

2. GENERAL

All orders within the EU are generally shipped by GLS. In special cases, we might use a different freight carrier. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from GLS containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Standard Shipping - 3,90€
Free Shipping - order value more than 49€

REST OF EU

Standard Shipping - 9,90€
Free Shipping - order value more than 99€

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1. DELIVERY TIME

We also deliver to countries outside the EU.
We ship all paid orders usually within 2 business days and the normal parcel delivery time is usually 5-9 business days.

2. GENERAL

Orders outside the EU are shipped by Austrian Post, or DHL. In certain cases we may switch to an alternative delivery service.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

International Shipping starts at 9,90€, but depends heavily on country and weight. The exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the end of your order process. Free shipping for international orders is not possible.
